Cancellation Policy

• Cancel COD or PREPAID orders within 24 hours by emailing care@mysurunaturals.com.

• Prepaid Orders incur Rs 100 cancellation fee; COD orders lose reward points equal to Rs 100.

• Prepaid International cancellations involve a 5% exchange fee; balance refunded to original account.

• Orders can’t be cancelled once dispatched.

• If orders are cancelled due to over 30 working days stock unavailability, full refunds are issued.

• Orders are fixed upon placement; cancel and reorder for changes.

• Cancellation requests are processed exclusively via email within 24 hours of order placement.

Rejection at Final Destination:

• Orders rejected during delivery are cancelled upon return to our warehouse.

• Prepaid domestic refunds deduct Rs 100 cancellation charge; balance refunded within 7-10 business days.

• COD orders incur to & fro shipping costs; reward points deducted from customer account.

Return Policy

• Returns allowed within three days of delivery for unused, sealed, undamaged items. Email care@mysurunaturals.com within 72 hours of delivery.

• Reverse pickup arranged; refunds processed post-verification. • Rs 100 deducted for reverse pickup from refund amount.

• Report damaged products within 24 hours for replacement or refund. • Returns not covered for damages due to negligence, incorrect application, allergies, fragrance/color dislikes.

• Check ingredients for allergies and conduct a patch test before use. • Policy applicable to both Mysuru Naturals and Color Chemistry range.
